For all our customers we offer a non -disclosure agreement and we have a number that have asked us specifically not to discuss the products we manufacture for them, or even that we manufacture for them. Rest assured we have the experience and capability of producing brand enhancing formulations for most product formats and types.
We try to minimise the purchase of excess materials to help protect the environment from unnecessary waste disposal and to better utilise the cash flow of our customers and ourselves. This applies to both packaging and raw materials, and we will always act to minimise the overall impact on the environment.
We work with a factoring company to offer the best credit terms possible and will always works with customers to improve the credit terms with us once we have a mutually successful working relationship established.
Lead times, even in the best of times, are heavily dependent on the volumes required, we do however use of extreme flexibility to work with our suppliers and customers to turn around orders as quickly as possible.
